2. Scope of Services
I provide services related to website creation, including but not limited to:

• landing pages
• business websites
• website platforms and online stores
• website structure, design, and implementation

The scope of work is defined individually for each project.

3. Project Process
Each project typically includes:

• initial communication and briefing
• website structure and concept
• design and development
• revisions
• delivery of the website to the client

The exact process may vary depending on the project.

4. Payment Terms
All services are provided based on an invoice (faktura), which serves as the official document confirming the work performed.
Payment structure:

• A 25% upfront payment is required before the start of the project
• The upfront payment is non-refundable and serves as a commitment guarantee for both parties

The invoice includes:

• total project cost
• payment deadline

Important:

• The payment due date is aligned with the moment the website is delivered to the client for use
• By that time, the project is considered completed and ready for handover

5. Refund Policy
If the client decides to cancel the project for a valid reason:

• all payments made beyond the upfront payment will be refunded in full
• the upfront payment (25%) remains non-refundable

In this case:

• all materials, drafts, and work created remain the property of the service provider

6. Revisions
Each project includes:

• 2 rounds of revisions

Any additional revisions beyond this scope:

• are considered extra work
• are billed separately

7. Late Payment Penalty
In case of delayed payment, a penalty of 1% of the total project cost per each day of delay will be applied.

8. Delivery & Acceptance
The project is considered delivered when:

• the website is accessible to the client
• the client can use it (published or ready to publish)

If no objections are raised within a reasonable time after delivery, the work is considered accepted.

9. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

• provide necessary information and materials in time
• review and give feedback within reasonable timeframes
• not delay the project without notice

Delays from the client side may affect project timelines.

10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:

• the client receives the right to use the final website after full payment
• the developer retains the right to showcase the project in portfolio and marketing materials

11. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for:

• third-party services (hosting, platforms such as Tilda, WordPress, Shopify, payment systems, etc.)
• downtime or technical issues outside my control
• business results (sales, conversions, etc.)

12. Privacy Policy
I collect and process only necessary personal data, such as:

• name
• email
• contact details
• project-related information

This data is used solely for:

• communication
• project execution
• invoicing

I do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for service delivery.

13. GDPR Compliance
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently
• Data is collected only for specific and legitimate purposes
